Stop being your business's most valuable employee.

Business coaching for entrepreneurs who want a company that runs on written rules, read numbers and a protected calendar, not on them being in the room. Five steps, one paid four-week install, and a free thirty-minute audit to start.

After 25 years in a family business I know the trap from the inside. Here’s exactly how I got out of it, and how I’d install the same thing with you.

Every step below is one I run in my own business, every week.

You're not lazy. You're the system.

What would break if you stopped answering for a week?

Most owners I talk to are not disorganized. They are the organization. Every decision, every quote, every “where’s the invoice” runs through one head, so:

  • The day fills with other people’s priorities before 9 AM.
  • The bank balance is the only number anyone reads.
  • Nothing is written down, so nothing can be handed off.
  • The vacation happens with the phone face-up on the table.

The fix is not working harder. It is writing the rules once, so a digital assistant can run them and people get only the work that needs hands or a relationship. That is what the Freedom Blueprint installs, and it is what runs my own business today.

The Freedom Blueprint: five steps, in order

Each step only works on top of the one before it. Skip one and the next wobbles: a calendar without a WHY fills up with other people’s priorities, numbers without a target are just numbers, and a vacation without systems is a week of checking your phone somewhere sunnier.

Step 1 — Start with WHY

One sentence for why the business exists. It becomes the filter for everything that follows, including what your assistant is allowed to say no to.

Step 2 — Plan your day like a CEO

Protect the hours that matter. In 2026 the assistant prepares the day before you sit down.

Step 3 — Understand your numbers

Know what the life you want actually costs, your Freedom Number, and read three numbers a week instead of guessing from the bank balance.

Step 4 — Build systems to delegate

Write the rule once. The assistant runs it. People get only what needs hands or a relationship.

Step 5 — Play longer

Book the trip first. It is the reward, and it is the test that proves the first four steps hold.

The First System Sprint

Four weeks, done with you, one system running by the end. Not a course, not a group call, not a twelve-month contract.

Week 1. Your WHY written as an instruction, the Brutal List, and your inbox sorted into five lanes.
Week 2. A protected morning block and the hand-off ritual that keeps it protected.
Week 3. The three numbers you read every week, pulled from your live books, and your Freedom Number.
Week 4. Your first system written, running without you, and an owner-absent day on the calendar.

Four 45-minute calls with me, plus written review between calls. My assistant does the prep and the between-call checks, which is the point: you watch the method work on your own business before you’re asked to trust it.

First System Sprint: $2,497, four weeks.
Monthly numbers read: $497 per month after the Sprint. Three numbers, your distance to the Freedom Number, one decision to make. Plain language, from your live books.

Bookkeeping is a separate service on a separate line. If your books need cleanup first, the audit will say so.

Questions owners ask before booking

Who is the First System Sprint for?
Owners of service businesses doing roughly $250K to $1M a year who are still the person everything runs through. One to five people, and you are the only one who knows how things work. If you already have a leadership team and a written operations manual, you are past it.

What happens on the four calls?
Week one we write your WHY as an instruction and sort your inbox into five lanes. Week two we protect a morning block and set the hand-off ritual. Week three we pull three numbers from your live books and set your Freedom Number. Week four your first system is written and running, and an owner-absent day is on the calendar. Each call is 45 minutes. The prep and the between-call checks are done for you.

Do I need bookkeeping first?
No, but the books have to be current enough to read three numbers from. Bookkeeping is a separate service on a separate line. If your books need cleanup before the Sprint makes sense, the Freedom Audit will say so and you decide.

What does it cost, and what comes after?
The First System Sprint is $2,497 for four weeks. After it, the monthly numbers read is $497 a month: three numbers, your distance to the Freedom Number, one decision to make, in plain language from your live books. No annual contract.

Is the Freedom Audit a sales call?
It is thirty minutes reviewing your books and your calendar together on one screen. You leave with one thing to change this week whether or not you buy anything.

Book a Freedom Audit
Thirty minutes. We review your books and your calendar together on one screen, and you leave with one thing to change this week. Not a sales call. If the Sprint fits, I'll say so. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
